We have compiled a small team with shared goals, and 40+ years of combined experience to execute creative vision without the headache or overhead of traditional ad or media agencies.

Founder | Owner
Howard has 18 years of professional experience as an engineer, having worked on projects ranging from custom homes to multi-story mixed-use developments. His collaborations with contractors, tradesmen, and industry professionals have given him comprehensive insight into building process, professional and creatively.
Ryan Longnecker
Creative Director
Ryan has 17 years experience in media production building two successful business, and partnering with many more. Ryan has taught in conferences, workshops, and mentored individuals worldwide and has been featured in over 40 publications. You can see his work with Nike, Adobe, New York Times, among others.
Kylie Henley
Media Director
Kylie is going on 5 years in media production, with expertise in producing, video editing, content planning, and content capture. She has worked on a range of projects, from HGTV-style lifestyle shows to podcasts, interviews, real estate photography, and construction process documentation. Kylie bridges the gap between behind-the-scenes technical precision and front-of-camera talent.
